The investment in quality home is always stable

"Buying a home from an average high and high grade can always be seen as long-term investment because the value of such properties is maintained and even increased over time." That told for “Trud” Tatiana Emilova, Manager of Residential Property in Colliers International in response to a question that is now profitable to invest in real estate.

"Besides offering a better standard of life, property and the middle class (such as homes in gated communities, for example.) have many advantages - quality construction, professional maintenance, security, availability of green areas, parking and etc., which is lacking in much of the housing projects in the capital. These are factors over time increase the value of property, "added Emilova.

Observations of the international consulting firm, however, indicate that currently almost not found purchases of homes for investment. Most transactions are concluded for the need of your own home, as buyers in this segment are mostly looking for 2-3 bedroom apartments and single family houses.

According Emilova, as well as other colleagues, this year the price levels of real estate market has stabilized and will gradually start to grow. Therefore, it defines the moment as suitable for house purchases. The growing volume of housing transactions in medium high and high-end, albeit for their own needs, and the gradual implementation of these projects can lead to a potential housing shortage in this segment, says Tatiana Emilova.

If you are looking for property for investment purposes, the highest yield in the market have small shops in the shopping district of Sofia apartments in Sofia and Varna, as well as agricultural land of category 1 and 2, to receive rent from it. If necessary, however, soon could be sold flat.
