Central Point is the multifunctional Building of the Year

The modern business and residential complex Central Point, located in the heart of Varna won the prize Building of the Year in category “Multiple buildings”. The facade of the building already has another international recognition: Award Project of the Year 2009 "Hunter Douglas West Europe - Middle East - Africa.

The prize is for the most interesting architecture. The award comes as a gift for the official opening of the complex, which was held on December 14. The tape was cut by the two partners Nedyalko Nedelchev and Aleksandar Dimitrov.
