Even overrated, the prices of Real Estates in many countries are going up

Housing markets continue to stabilize, according to the latest survey of “The Economist” for the global housing prices, covering 20 major economies. According to the latest available data, however, half of the 20 markets examined housing prices are already higher than 12 months ago.

Since the publication of the data at the end of the last year, the housing appreciation has accelerated in each of the seven states, where the amendment has already been positive. In Hong Kong, the prices are over a quarter of their value in a year earlier.

With the exception of Ireland, the rate of decline in the countries in which still continues, is slow.
